Payment Terms & Conditions
Payments
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- By completing payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Sliding Scale
- Services are offered on a sliding scale. By selecting a rate below the standard price, you are affirming in good faith that the lower rate reflects your current financial situation. I trust you to choose honestly.
Refunds — Individual Sessions
- A full refund will be issued for any session cancelled before prep work has begun.
- For astrological consultations, prep work may begin as soon as your intake form is received. If prep work has already begun at the time of cancellation, a 50% refund will be issued to reflect the time invested in preparation.
- Refund requests must be submitted by email.
Refunds — Packages
- Packages do not expire and may be used at whatever pace works for you.
- If you choose not to complete a package, a partial refund will be issued, calculated as the difference between the amount paid and the standard individual session rate for each session already completed — without the package discount applied.
- No refund is available for sessions already completed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule any session without penalty with at least 24 hours notice.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are subject to a $30 late cancellation fee.
- No-shows are treated the same as a late cancellation and are subject to the $30 fee.
- Late cancellation and no-show fees are charged separately.
Astrological Consulting Agreement
As the client, you agree to:
- Understand that astrology cannot provide guarantees or absolute answers, only indications of what might be possible.
- Let me know if I share anything that doesn’t resonate with you, and actively work with me to explore how the astrology may apply to you as a unique individual.
- Make specific requests when your needs are not being met in our work together.
- Take 100% responsibility for any decisions made based on our work together.
- Understand that astrology is not a substitute for expert advice from a medical, legal, financial, psychological or other licensed professional.
- Submit this form at least 3 business days before your scheduled session. If it’s not, understand that it may need to be rescheduled to provide adequate time to prepare.
- Understand that if you decide to cancel instead of reschedule your session after I have completed the prep work, only 50% of the payment will be refunded, to cover the substantial cost of my prep work.
As the astrologer, I agree to:
- Abide by the ethical guidelines of the astrology profession as defined by the NCGR Code of Ethics.
- Hold all details of our work together as confidential, unless I have reason to believe you may harm yourself or another person, or in the case of a court order.
- Attend to any potential conflicts of interest and seek resolution for any that I become aware of. If a conflict of interest cannot be resolved, I may decline to work with you.
- Remain aware of the limits of my abilities and training as an astrologer, and take responsibility for not stepping outside of those limits. I may offer to refer you to another professional if appropriate.
- Notify you as soon as possible of any changes in my schedule.
- Wait at least 10 minutes for you to arrive before canceling our session.
I am also a professional, certified coach. Coaching can be an excellent way to gain traction in applying astrological insights toward personal goals. Any coaching work that we do together is understood to be within its own terms, separate from this agreement.
Coaching Agreement
As the client, you agree to:
- Give permission for me to coach you.
- Take responsibility for your own learning and growth, for your actions, and inactions.
- Agree to share all relevant information with me.
- Make specific requests when your needs are not being met in the coaching relationship.
- Trust that I hold your well-being as my primary concern, and work together with me to build or repair trust where necessary.
- Give permission for me to share your contact information and dates of coaching sessions with the ICF for accreditation purposes.
- Understand that coaching is not a substitute for expert advice from a medical, legal, financial, psychological or other licensed professional.
As the coach, I agree to:
- Commit to holding your well-being as the primary focus of our coaching conversations.
- Abide by the ethical guidelines of the coaching profession as defined by the ICF Code of Ethics.
- Hold all details of our coaching relationship as confidential, unless I have reason to believe you may harm yourself or another person, or in the case of a court order.
- Attend to any potential conflicts of interest and seek resolution for any that I become aware of. If a conflict of interest cannot be resolved, terminate the coaching relationship.
- Remain aware of the limits of my abilities and training as a coach, and take responsibility for not stepping outside of those limits. I may offer to refer you to another professional if appropriate.
- Notify you as soon as possible of any changes in my schedule.
- Wait at least 10 minutes for you to arrive before canceling our session.
- Respond to your agenda, goals and needs rather than imposing my own direction or agenda.
- Allow you to cancel our coaching relationship at any time.
I am also a professional, certified astrologer. Astrology can be an excellent way to shed light our personal goals and challenges in a way that helps us to understand them at a deeper level. Any astrology work that we do together is understood to be within its own terms, separate from this agreement.
